What are the Objectives of International Criminal Procedure?

The Nordic Journal of International Law will publish my article "What are the Objectives of International Criminal Procedure? - Reflections on the Fragmentation of a Legal Regime" in Vol. 79, No.2, (2010), 279-302. In the article you will find some of the ideas and basically the same approach that I will use in my dissertation "Evidence in International Criminal Procedure".
